The Youth Back to Farm and Women Development Initiative (YBTFWDI) is a transformative national project designed to address the urgent need for youth and women empowerment through agricultural entrepreneurship.
The overarching objective of the initiative is to reintegrate Nigerian youth and women into the agriculture value chain, leveraging modern technologies, structured training, and inclusive development models.
With Nigeria’s youth unemployment rate surpassing 40% and rural underdevelopment becoming increasingly pressing, this initiative aims to serve as a vehicle for economic revitalization and sustainable food systems.
